Common issues

The extension doesn't detect the job page

ResumeClerk currently supports LinkedIn job postings only. Make sure you're on a URL that looks like linkedin.com/jobs/view/.... Other job boards are coming soon.

I've used all my tailors this week

The weekly quota resets every Monday. Scoring and keyword analysis remain available and free while you wait.

Downloading the PDF

PDF generation happens entirely in your browser: clicking Download opens a print dialog where you choose Save as PDF as the destination. If the layout looks off, try reopening the extension; if the issue persists, email us with a screenshot.
